- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have very friendly customer service. However, the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked. Additionally, a lot of the information in there is in Spanish, very little English. I don't speak or read Spanish so I felt a little out of place. I move a lot of money through Bank of America.
