- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys have no business being in a job that has anything to do with human interaction. I brought in a box to return to Amazon that was not taped up. It need an 8in strip of tape. I was carrying a lot of things for another shipment so I had left the box open to help me carry those other items to ship. The idiot behind the counter told me he couldn't tape it because it was a liability and he would not give me an 8in strip of tape. He would gladly sell me an entire roll of overpriced tape, however. How many UPS stores have I been to all over the damn US where they will GLADLY tape up your box? Plenty. The kicker is, the idiot came back after taping up my other shipment (a return to ATT U-verse so they have a deal with UPS to provide the box, tape, and shipping label), and he had over taped the oversized box he decided to use for my equipment.
